The Maryland League is thrilled to announce that registration for the Fall 2024 season is officially open! Whether you’re returning to continue your journey or new to the league, this is your opportunity to be part of the most competitive and exciting soccer action in Maryland.

Fall 2024 Key Details

League Opener: Saturday, September 7, 2024
Weekend League Match: Saturdays
Cup Opener: Tuesday, September 10, 2024
Mid-week Cup Match: Tuesdays through Thursdays
Match Times: Afternoon and evening kickoffs (12 – 9 PM) to accommodate clubs’ schedules
Open Cup 2024 Prize: Free Entry Into Maryland League Spring 2025

ML Fall 2024 Registration Information

Team Registration Fee: $1000.00

Covers team registration for Fall 2024 season.

MSSA, USASA, and US Soccer affiliation and registration
Eligibility to enter Morton, Rowland, Stewart, MDV State Cups
Eligibility to qualify for USASA Werner Fricker Cup, USASA National Amateur Cup, and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup
Participant Accident Insurance through MSSA

ML Fall 2024 Prize Money Allocation

Maryland League operates on a staggered prize system instead of a winner-takes-all approach. This ensures that every member club receives support for their development, fostering stability and encouraging long-term investment in the league and the sport as a whole.

Each season, teams are awarded prize money according to their final position in the league. The Prize Money Pool resets at the end of each season. As the league expands, so too does the pool of funds available to distribute among member clubs, ensuring that success and participation are always duly recognized and rewarded.

Round of 16: Weekday evening matches, with knockout-style competition.

Registration Deadline: September 1, 2024
Grand Prize: Free entry into the Maryland League Spring 2025 season for the tournament champion.
